Q. Can you mix and match named and concurrent licenses? A. Our product licensing model does not support the mixing and matching of named and concurrent licenses at this time. Q. Can you purchase a SaaS subscription by the month? A. Our Saas licenses are only available with a yearly subscription commitment. Q. Can I move from a SaaS to a perpetual license? A. Yes you can do this. Please contact Experior. Q. Can Saas licenses be co-termed if licenses are added? A. Licenses can be co-termed. Please contact Experior to execute co-terming agreements.

System Specifications
ALMComplete Minimum System Requirements On-Premise Edition Hardware Requirements: Operating system: Microsoft Windows 2008 Server (either 32-, or 64-bit edition) Web server Microsoft Internet Information Services Database server: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008, or Microsoft SQL Express 2005 or 2008 for 10 or fewer concurrent users. Server hardware: 2 CPU minimum. 4 GB RAM minimum (the more, the better). 50 GB hard drive (RAID recommended). The server can be a standalone physical computer or a virtual server. If you use fewer than 50 concurrent users, the database server and web server can reside on the same machine. If you are going to use 50 or more concurrent users, we recommend that you use separate computers for the database and web servers. SaaS Edition Requirements: No hardware requirements. You only need a web browser. We support Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 and later, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. In the Cloud (SaaS):
Deployed on our secure Software as a Service (SaaS) Platform. Listed prices are per user, per year and you have the choice between named users or concurrent (floating) users.

Deploy at Your Place (On-Premise):
To deploy the software at your premises, you’ll need a Perpetual License. Listed prices are perpetual license per user and again you have the choice between named and concurrent (floating) user licenses.
