Q. Please explain the usage model for loadUI Pro? A. The licenses are purchased per user, per year; one license grants one user the right to use loadUI Pro for one year. Q. How many Virtual Users (VU) does the license allow? A. loadUI Pro allows for unlimited Virtual Users. It is only limited by the amount of traffic you can push through from your location (that can also be easily scaled by distributing your load with the free loadUI Agents). Q. How do I acquire a license? A. Together with information about your support account, the license will be delivered to you by e-mail. You will normally receive this e-mail within minutes of Experior receiving notification of your purchase. The receipt contains a download link enabling you to download the license and use loadUI Pro immediately. Q. How do I renew my license? A. loadUI Pro doesn't have any specific "renewal licenses". Buy a new standard or floating license to renew your software use.

License Differences
Both standard and floating licenses are priced per year, per license. They include unlimited Virtual Users, support, maintanance and free minor and major release updates.

Standard License:
All licenses are priced per year and license. Licenses include unlimited Virtual Users full support, maintenance, and major and minor updates of the software.
Due to the deep soapUI integration in loadUI, we include a free soapUI Pro license for every loadUI Pro license purchased.

Floating License:
loadUI is also available as floating license. This means that you can share your licenses across your team from a central license server.

When you purchase a floating license you will not receive a license key right away. First you must install the License Server on your network, mail us the IP-address to the server, and we will send a loadUI Pro license key for that IP-address.

Just like standard licenses, floating licenses include unlimited Virtual Users, full support, maintenance and both major and minor updates of the software. A floating license of soapUI Pro is also included with every floating license of loadUI Pro.
