You should receive an email from info@smartbearmail.com with the subject line "Thanks for starting a 30-day trial of TestComplete".
Please add info@smartbearmail.com to your "Safe Senders" list.
     

Step 2. Install your trial

Follow the instructions you received in the email and see TestComplete Trial information for assistance. Learn how to activate TestComplete trial license.
