To perform Customer Research, uncover Customer Intelligence and deliver an Experimentation Roadmap to increase sales, and to empower the Liquorland team to perform Experimentation in-house.

- Experimentation Success: win rates doubled, with an average uplift of 10% increase in conversion rate, between 95%-99% significance.
