What was the goal?

To perform Customer Research, uncover Customer Intelligence and deliver an Experimentation Roadmap to increase sales, and to empower the Liquorland team to perform Experimentation in-house.

Liquorland sought the expertise of Experior to help them execute on an Experimentation strategy. Before working with Experior, Liquorland were running ad-hoc tests whenever bandwidth allowed.

Solution:

  1. Customer Research: using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research, over 80+ Customer Intelligence Insights were discovered.
  2. Ideation: Liquorland and Experior workshopped over 100 ideas for experimentation and implementation to improve performance.
  3. Prioritisation: using Experior's unique methodology, the experiments were prioritised based on 7 parameters.
  4. Experimentation Management: Experior helped with hypothesis, variation design, and reporting.
  5. Experimentation Maturity: Experimentation guidance and training were held to upskill the Liquorland team.

Results:

The collaboration between Liquorland x Experior yielded remarkable results, transforming the company's digital presence and customer experience strategy:

  1. Experimentation Velocity: velocity doubled after working with Experior
  2. Experimentation Success: win rates doubled, with an average uplift of 10% increase in conversion rate, between 95%-99% significance.
  3. Incremental Revenue: successful Experiments generated an average of $20,000 in incremental revenue.
